We booked two room 308 and 310 stayed on 3rd April. The rooms have a nice view, good air conditioner. But the pencil is blunt, can’t write. Dirty toilet, You can easily see a yellow stain. Bad luggage service. Very noisy and the bed is too soft, not comfortable.

Huge property, planned and constructed very carefully. Rooms were very clean and the service was very good. There is a minimart available for the immediate requirements. Only one restaurant with few choices of food, would be better if they have more options for western menu & also for vegetarians.

The Lan Rung look okie outside but problem quality inside. There are nothing there except the pool. Not much activities. _Room is noisy, quality of door and wall is not good enough to prevent noise of people walking at corridor. _ Restaurant food is low quality although high price _Breakfast is terrible. Look many foods but quality low and Nothing to eat can not believe 4 star hotel as this. _ The beach water is not clean can not swimming. Sewer pipes ( not sure belong to who) through pollution water directly to the beach. _Staffs are friendly, nice. _Location is okie

We normally like to stay in international chain like Marrriot, Intercontinental or Accor. This is the first time we tried a local hotel chain like Lan Rung and it has exceeded our expectation. THe service here is much better that we expected. Staff were really well trained with great service mind from reception, restaurant manager, swimming pool life guard, beach guard and spa staff. We booked 2 bed room apartment and room was well designed and spacious. THe hotel is relatively new but service was excellent. We stayed at Melia HỒ Tram 2 weeks before and service was horrible and we ended up paying twice the price of Lan Rung. The highlight of the the stay were the spa. Quite nice and relaxing and the restaurant Mermaid had excellent food that you do not need to leave the hotel to go anywhere else’s.The restaurant manager of Mermaid Deserved a lot of praise. I loved his service mind. THe only drawback was breakfast selection was quite limited and not really suitable for foreigner. Other than that it was nearly perfect. Good job…
